Art Deco Demantoid Garnet, Diamond & Pearl Clasp c.1925
A stylish and unusual Art Deco clasp.
The circular clasp is set with a pearl to the centre surrounded by a border of demantoid garnets and an outer border of diamonds.
The clasp has two rings for stringing one large or two smaller rows of pearls onto it and a tongue style catch which is hidden when closed.
The clasp has a good strong snap being secure when used.
Era: Art Deco, 1920 - 1940
Measurements: Clasp 13.7 mm diameter
Hallmarks: Unmarked - tests as platinum
