Art Deco Pearl & Diamond Clasp c.1930
A fabulous Art Deco diamond and pearl set clasp for 3 rows of pearls.
This beautiful clasp could be worn strung either as a bracelet or as a choker/centrepiece for a large necklace.
The clasp has a central old cut diamond with 2 pearls (untested probably natural) set either side within an oval panel set with small diamonds. The panel is set within a further geometric outer border onto which are fittings for 3 rows of pearls. The clasp has a side slide mechanism to open it with an integral thumbpiece.
This lovely clasp is beautifully made, open to the reverse allowing the light into the back of the diamonds.
