Art Deco Uniform Pearls - Sapphire Diamond Clasp c.1930
A long row of uniform cultured (Akoya) pearls with a fabulous ornate Art Deco sapphire and diamond clasp.
The clasp is mounted with calibre-cut dark blue sapphires and diamonds in a geometric design.
The clasp has a deco tongue style catch which is hidden when closed and a figure of 8 safety device to the top.
The pearls are ivory in colour, well matched and have a good lustre.
Era: Art Deco, c.1925 - 1940
