Bombé Diamond Ring c.1960 (possibly Kutchinsky)
A unique statement cocktail ring.
This wonderful mid-century piece has a large central diamond set within a floral gold and platinum design in a bombé (domed) style. The stylised 'petals' of the ring are made in a textured gold with diamond set platinum petals scattered throughout in a high set design with the diamond set to the centre.
Typical of the designs of the late 1950s and 1960s, this ring is designed to be worn on its own and has a double twisted rope design shank.
We believe the ring is possibly made by Kutchinsky but has been sized down at some point losing the original hallmark.
