Edwardian Aquamarine and Pearl Bar Brooch c.1915

A stylish late Edwardian aquamarine and pearl set bar brooch with a central aquamarine within a fine eliptical design border set with rosecut diamonds and a pearl to either side. The brooch is flat fronted in platinum and backed in gold typical of the era. There is a closed end to protect the wearer from the pin and a loop to attach a safety chain if required. Side of brooch numbered 9302.
