Edwardian Diamond Daisy Cluster Ring c.1920
An Edwardian diamond cluster ring.
A classic design, this lovely ring has a central old cut diamond surrounded with 8 smaller diamonds in a 'daisy' cluster. The diamonds are in a tightly packed design to give the impression that the head of the ring is all diamond.
The head of the ring is platinum and is beautifully detailed with a milgrain (raised) edge. It is open to the reverse and has a scalloped low set gallery.
The ring has tapered gold shoulders on to a plain gold shank typical of the era.
It is beautifully low set to the finger and wearable on an everyday basis. It would make a perfect engagement ring.
