Georgian Pearl & Diamond Enamel Brooch c.1810
A stylish Georgian enamel and diamond brooch.
This pretty brooch has a rich blue guilloche enamel oval panel set with 3 rose cut diamonds each within a square silver and gold diamond shaped raised border.
The enamel is framed by a textured gold 'rope' and the brooch is edged by a border of seed pearls in a typically early 19th century design.
This lovely brooch is closed to the reverse again typical of the Georgian era and has a simple pin fitting with a loop to attach a safety chain if required. It is in wonderful condition, there is no damage to the enamel and the pearls are perfectly matched.
