All of the items which we sell are antique or period and are individual. We have a continually changing stock; if you cannot find what you are looking for on our website we may be able to find it for you. Please let us know and we will see what we can do.

You can purchase directly from our website by debit card or credit card, we accept American Express, Mastercard and Visa.

You can also arrange to pay directly by bank transfer. All our prices are in £GBP, there is a currency converter at the top of the website for guidance in a variety of major currencies.

Delivery

Postage is free. Once your payment has cleared we will send out your order to the invoicing address of the card you pay with.

All our jewellery is kept in a time-locked safe in our shop - we aim to send items out as soon as possible within 2-3 working days after payment has cleared.

Please advise us if you are working to a specific timeframe or are looking for delivery on a specific day (UK only) and we will do our best to accommodate this.

Please note that any ring sizing will require a longer delivery time.

We will advise you of the timeframes as this depends on each individual item.

For all UK orders, we use the Royal Mail ‘Special Delivery’ service. This is a fully tracked and insured system and requires a signature on delivery. We do not ship to PO box addresses.

For international orders, we use the Royal Mail 'International Tracked and Signed' or the 'International Tracked' service, depending on the country we are sending too. All parcels are fully tracked* and insured and require a signature on delivery*. We do not ship to postal box addresses.

*Apart from Australia where packages are not trackable once entering the country and can only be 'Signed For' and Canada where packages are tracked but not signed for. This is due to the postal system restrictions.

Guarantee
We are proud of the items we sell which by their very nature are unique. We do not sell reproductions and unless we have stated otherwise, all our items are sold in very good condition and original. We guarantee all items bought from us.
We offer a 14 day returns policy. In the event that you are not satisfied with an item bought from us, we will give you a full refund of the invoice price (excluding our costs, such as postage and sizings) upon the return of the item in the same condition as it was sent, provided that we have been notified by email or phone within three days of your receipt of the item.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
