A wonderful, bold Amethyst 1950s panel bracelet.
The bracelet is set with faceted amethysts, claw set into diamond-shaped panels, each set with 3 small diamonds top and bottom. These are joined by bold open links in a Deco design.
The amethysts are a lovely soft purple in colour and perfectly complemented by the white of the diamonds.
The bracelet has a round amethyst set clasp, which has a diamond set tongue and a hidden safety catch on the reverse.
Era: Mid Century; 1940-1960
Measurements: Total diamond weight estimated 1.3 carats
The bracelet is 20.5cm long, 16.5mm at the widest point.
It weighs 23.2 grams.
Hallmarks: No assay marks - tests 18 carat gold
