A fabulous large enamel butterfly brooch.
The realistically figured silver butterfly has a wonderful rich purple, green, white and black enamel design to the front. the brooch is in wonderful condition with no damage to the enamel.
The brooch has a silver pin and hook fitting to the reverse.
Butterflies have long been used as a symbol in jewellery. they are seen to represent rebirth, hope, and new beginnings. Their life cycle, from caterpillar to butterfly, mirrors the journey of personal development and change. It symbolises transcendence and our power to choose our own destiny.
