Art Deco Cabochon Emerald and Diamond Cluster Ring c.1930
£4,950.00
An unusual Art Deco cabochon emerald and diamond cluster ring,
The ring has a beautiful, deep green cabochon emerald at the centre within a border of small diamonds in an oval cluster design.
The emerald is in a rub-over setting with the diamonds milgrain set around the edge. The ring has a low-set open gallery with chenier detailing. It has tapered shoulders onto a plain shank and is very low set to the hand.
This elegant ring is beautifully made and is in wonderful condition.
The ring could be worn as an engagement ring as long as it isn't receiving 'heavy' wear, as emeralds are a softer gemstone, and the cabochon (domed) cut of the emerald sits higher in the mount.
