Edwardian Ruby and Diamond 5 Stone Ring circa 1915
A classic Edwardian ruby and diamond 5 stone ring.
This lovely ring has 3 bright beautifully matched rich red rubies set with 2 old cut diamonds in a finely carved yellow gold mount.
The gemstones are claw set and the ring is open to the reverse with a beautiful scalloped design to the bezel. The ring has tapered carved shoulders which flow onto a plain shank.
This elegant ring is really low set to the finger typical of the era and perfect for everyday wear. It would make a beautiful engagement ring sitting neatly next to a wedding band if required.
