£3,650.00

A stylish Edwardian tourmaline and diamond ring.

This lovely handmade ring has an oval cut tourmaline to the centre with  3 old cut diamonds to each side in a carved handmade mount. , The tourmaline is set with triple claws to the centre and a further 2 claws to each end with the diamonds in a grain set trefoil design.

The ring has beautiful scrollwork design to the under bezel which is open to the reverse. It is beautifully made with  tapered shoulders onto a yellow gold shank. It sits low to the hand and makes a beautiful statement when worn.

Tourmaline is a 7 on the Mohs scale, making them a softer gemstone (the same as Emerald and Aquamarine), so this needs to be taken into account if the ring is to be worn on an everyday basis.
