A stylish Edwardian tourmaline and diamond ring.
This lovely handmade ring has an oval cut tourmaline to the centre with 3 old cut diamonds to each side in a carved handmade mount. , The tourmaline is set with triple claws to the centre and a further 2 claws to each end with the diamonds in a grain set trefoil design.
The ring has beautiful scrollwork design to the under bezel which is open to the reverse. It is beautifully made with tapered shoulders onto a yellow gold shank. It sits low to the hand and makes a beautiful statement when worn.
Tourmaline is a 7 on the Mohs scale, making them a softer gemstone (the same as Emerald and Aquamarine), so this needs to be taken into account if the ring is to be worn on an everyday basis.

The head of the ring is 0.9cm in width
