Old-Cut Diamond Solitaire Ring c.1940

SKU: RD012

A beautiful diamond solitaire ring.

This classic design has an old-cut diamond finely 8 claw set within a handmade coronet mount. The ring has 3 small rose-cut diamond shoulders set in a millgrain edge onto each shoulder which flows into a plain gold shank.

The head of the ring is in platinum and quite low set to the finger with a yellow gold shank typical of the era. It would make a beautiful engagement ring as it is perfect for everyday wear.
