Art Deco Diamond 3 Stone Bombé Ring c.1935
A stylish Art Deco diamond bombé ring.
The ring has 3 old cut diamonds to the centre each in an octagonal box setting. These are mounted in a domed (bombé) head with a small (assumed synthetic) triangular sapphire detail to the top and bottom.
The ring has ornately carved shoulders and is in white gold, typical of the era. The shoulders flow onto a plain shank.
We believe this lovely ring is American in origin. It was designed as a 'dress' ring and we would not recommend it for heavy everyday wear.
