An early Georg Jensen silver dolphin pendant by Arno Malinowski.
This beautiful design has two dolphins diving into the sea through seaweed. The pendant has its original elongated link chain with bar and loop fastener.
George Jensen was a renowned silversmith well known for cutting edge designs excellent quality and craftsmanship. Arno Malinowski worked with the Georg Jensen Company from 1936 to 1944 and from 1949 to 1965 creating designs for jewelery and hollow-ware. His jewelery often include detailed designs of animals such as the two dolphin brooches.
The necklace is in lovely condition and is fully hallmarked with the design number 94 and early Georg Jensen hallmarks.
This is a rare design to see in an early piece.
