A stylish Art Deco gentlemans onyx dress set complete with its original fitted case .
Originally for a white tie function, this stylish Art Deco gentlemans dress set comes with its original fitted case by AE Halfside, Wimbledon. Comprising a set of cufflinks, 4 button and two dress studs the set is elegant and wearable.
The set has a series of octagonal discs each mounted with a round concave onyx section with a seed pearl in a milgrain setting to the centre. The cufflinks are joined by a double link bar which is hinged to the reverse of the disk. Each button has a gold loop to the reverse and a brass fastener typical of the era. The dress studs unscrew.
Era: Art Deco, c.1925 - 1940
Measurements: Cufflinks 2.3 cm in length, each disc 1.2 cm wide.
Hallmarks: Stamped 9 CT & 18CT
