Art Deco Square Sapphire & Diamond Cluster Ring c.1930
An unusual Art Deco sapphire & diamond cluster ring.
This beautiful ring has a central square cut sapphire within a border of small diamonds in a stylised cluster design. The sapphire is in a slightly raised rubover setting with a milgrain edge and the diamonds are finely mounted in milgrain setting. The ring is beautifully low set to the hand with an openwork gallery with chenier detailing.
The sapphire is a lovely soft blue colour perfectly complemented by the white of the diamonds.
The ring has tapered shoulders onto a plain shank.
This beautiful ring is perfect for everyday wear and would make a fabulous engagement ring.
