An elegant Edwardian peridot and pearl necklace.

This wonderful Art Nouveau design has 2 beautifully matched peridots in an assymetric setting within a pearl set stylised open heart. These are suspended from a pearl 'bow' section.

The pear shaped peridot drop is articulated to the base and the necklace has a beautiful movement when worn.

The necklace is suspended from its original fettler link chain with a bolt ring fastener typical of the era.

Era: Edwardian, 1901 - 1920

Measurements: Total peridot weight estimated 2.75 carats.

Chain 45.5 cm (18 inch)

Pendant 6.5 cm in length, 2.5 cm at widest point.

Hallmarks: Unmarked - tests as 15ct
