A classic Edwardian diamond cluster ring.
This beautiful ring has a central old cut diamond surrounded by a 6 slightly smaller old cut diamonds in a classic daisy cluster design. The diamonds are all 'grain' set within a rubover border with the head of the ring mounted in platinum onto a yellow gold scalloped underbezel.
The ring has tapered shoulders with chenier details onto a plain yellow gold shank.
Typically Edwardian in design, the ring is really low set to the hand and finely made. They were made circa 1910. At that time daisy cluster designs were very popular and rings, pendants and earrings were produced for the market.
This lovely ring is wearable on an everyday basis and would make a beautiful engagement ring.
