Edwardian Emerald and Diamond 3 Stone Ring c.1920
RE070
£4,950.00
A classic Edwardian emerald and diamond 3 stone ring.
The central square cut emerald has an old cut diamond to each side. The gemstones are finely claw set in platinum with a beautiful heart shaped scalloped detail between each claw. The ring has a fine handmade grooved under bezel - it is a beautifuyl example of the goldsmith's artistry.
The ring has tapered plain yellow gold shoulders with chenier details onto a plain shank typical of the era and is low set to the hand.
The emerald is a strong rich green in colour. This elegant ring could be worn as an engagement ring as long as it isn't receiving 'heavy' wear as emeralds are a softer gemstone.
