An elegant Edwardian sapphire & diamond 2 stone ring.
This lovely ring has an old cut sapphire and an old cut diamond on a twist. Each of the gemstones are finely 8 claw set in a classic coronet mount, the sapphire in gold and the diamond in platinum. We believe the ring may be French in origin due to the design but has been resized at some point and lost its original hallmarks.
The ring has slender shoulders onto a plain rose gold grooved shank and the ring is really low set to the hand, typical of the Edwardian era.
It is perfect for everyday wear and would make a beautiful engagement ring.

Old cut diamond estimated 0.25 carat H colour VS clarity.
