A stylish Edwardian sapphire and diamond ring.  
 
This elegant ring has two oval blue sapphires set with old cut diamonds to each side. The stones are spitch set within a slightly raised elliptical edge in a 'boat' style. The sapphires are a lovely strong blue in colour, complemented perfectly by the white of the old cut diamonds.
 
The head of the ring tapers onto a plain gold shank typical of the era.
 
This beautiful ring is very low set to the hand and would make a wonderful  engagement ring as the design is perfect for everyday wear.
