Georgian Ruby & Diamond ring c.1800
A beautiful Georgian ruby and diamond cluster ring.
This unusual rose gold ring has old cut rubies and table cut diamonds in a cluster design to the centre within diamond set fancy shoulders. The ring has a flower detail to the reverse and is closed set typical of 18th century rings.
The split design shoulders have a twisted detailing onto a beautiful reeded shank. This lovely ring is in excellent conditon and is a great example of a Georgian dress ring.
This ring, in common with the vast majority of Georgian pieces will not take 'heavy' wear being over 200 years old. Rings of this age and in this wonderful condition are increasingly hard to find.
