A fabulous large signet ring set with a diamond shaped carved carnelian with a Roman head design.
 
The intaglio is set within a gold border onto raised 'Pugin' Gothic revival style carved tapered shoulders low set to the finger.
 
The ring is fully hallmarked and is in beautiful condition perfect for the larger hand.  
 
Era: Victorian 1839 - 1901
Measurements: The head of the ring measures 19.5 mm in length and 14.5 mm in width, the ring weighs 10.1 grams
Ring Size: V (UK), 11 (USA), 65 (EUR) this ring can be sized but with restrictions due to the design.
Hallmarks: Stamped BB&S 18 Birmingham 1868
