Victorian Diamond Heart Locket c.1840
An elegant early Victorian diamond heart locket.
This stylish pendant has an old cut diamond set to the centre of the gold heart in a slightly raised collet. The heart is engraved with a beautiful acanthus leaf design to the front.
The heart is hollow and has a heart shaped glazed locket compartment to the reverse with its original silk lining.
The locket is beautifully made and would look lovely on a chain or ribbon.
It has its original gold runner ring.
