A stylish late Victorian garnet heart pendant.
This lovely heart-shaped pendant features an oval almandine garnet in a rectangular box setting, set off to the front. It is plain on the reverse and has a very modern feel despite being well over 125 years old.
The pendant is in great condition and retains its original matte gilded finish. There is a gold runner ring at the top for a chain or ribbon. It does not include a chain, but we can provide one if required (at an additional charge).
Era: Victorian, 1837 - 1901
Measurements: Pendant 2 cm in length (excluding bail), 1.8cm wide. 3.6 grams in weight.
Hallmarks: Stamped 9CT, Birmingham 1897 Makers mark T.A &Co (Thomas Aycot & Co)
