An unusual and stylish pair of cut onyx and pearl Victorian earrings.

The earrings are designed with a curved onyx section set with a stylised shell design to the top and a gold inlay curving around the base set with graduated seed pearls. The onyx has been hand carved and is in perfect condition.

The earrings have a gold lining to the inner edge and articulated gold hooks which open at the top (a design typical of this era).

These lovely earrings are in perfect condtion.

Era: Victorian, 1837 - 1901

Measurements: Earrings 2.6cm in length, 0.9cm at widest point, 5.4 grams in weight (pair)

Hallmarks: Unmarked, tests as 15ct gold
