I found a beautiful Edwardian pearl & diamond ring as part of a Google search in an attempt to replace a ring of mine that was stolen recently. The link brought me to the Thomas Glover website which was a (literal) treasure house of stunning jewellery. The website was very well designed & each item of jewellery was described in detail & there were plenty of great photos and videos of each item so you felt confident in purchasing the item. I did purchase the ring and it was (luckily) in my size but Thomas Glover offered a resizing service if I had requires it. I completed my online purchase on a Tuesday evening and received a personal email from one of the staff at Thomas Glover thanking me for the order and letting me know I would receive an email when the ring shipped. The service was exceptional, very quick & attentive - fantastic communication with the team & I received the ring within 48 hours. Absolutely brilliant & I am delighted with the ring. Highly recommended!

This is a wonderful independent jewellers offering an exceptional range of antique jewellery. I wasn’t able to visit the store as I don’t live near Shrewsbury, so was in contact by telephone & email. I can’t recommend Thomas Glover highly enough. After window-shopping online for some time, I decided to visit their shop in a brief gap between lockdowns! What a wonderful experience. Like a kid in a candy shop, I couldn’t stop admiring the beautiful range of jewellery on offer. I was initially after a pair of stud earrings, but some small drop earrings took my eye instead. I wasn’t 100% sure as I’d been very set on drops, so I wanted a few days to think about them. Andrew couldn’t have been more helpful or understanding - it’s definitely not a hard-sell kind of place which meant I trusted them enough to come back a week later and buy my lovely earrings!
I’m so pleased and get so many compliments on them. Catherine and Andrew make the shopping experience a real pleasure, with only one customer in the shop at any one time so you have time to browse and don’t feel like a number.

An absolutely wonderful store. I first discovered them at the Battersea Antique Fair and found my fiancee's engagement ring and have subsequently revisited them many times. Most recently I got a lovely locket for Christmas 2020. It's a rare find this place, with wonderful jewelry, and I don't think I've ever visited the store or website without finding something perfect for a special occasion. Fully recommend, and great value too!
