Ladies Watches

Ladies cocktail watches were originally intended for evening wear in an age when 'one’ dressed for dinner.  They would have originally been the height of fashion as watches were a relative novelty in the 1920’s. Designs vary from simple gold faces from known makers such as Rolex to elegant jewelled watches on diamond bracelets. They are a wonderful way to accessorise an outfit in a feminine unique way.  
In common with early timepieces, care needs to be taken with these beautiful items. They don’t tend to like being dropped or be too near to strong magnetic fields as this can interfere with their timekeeping.
