Art Deco Ruby & Diamond Cocktail Ring c.1935
A fabulous statement piece from the Art Deco odeonesque era.
This amazing ruby and diamond ring is set in an asymmetric fashion with a combination of old-cut and baguette diamonds, together with square cut and cabochon rubies.
The ring has a ruby & diamond torpedo design to one side which sits higher than the rest of the ring and fits over the next finger. The ring was designed to be worn on its own and create quite a stir!
The wonderful ring has a wide platinum tapered band to the reverse typical of the high Art Deco era.
It can be sized but with resitrictions due to the design and was made for a larger finger.
