A stylish vintage ruby ring from the 1970's.
This unusual handmade ring has an oval cut ruby to the centre within a stylised cluster of 4 brilliant cut diamonds. The gemstones are all 4 claw mounted and set within an abstract array of soft-ended spikes in a stylised bombé domed design. A decoration that is typical of 1970s jewellery.
The ring has tapered shoulders onto a plain wide band.
The simple yet effective design would make a fabulous completely unique engagement ring.
