Edwardian Sapphire & Diamond 2 Stone Ring c.1910
£2,750.00
A stylish Edwardian sapphire & diamond ring.
This lovely ring has an old-cut sapphire and an old-cut diamond on a twist. Each of the gemstones is finely 8 claw set in a classic coronet mount, the sapphire in gold and the diamond in platinum. We believe the ring may be French in origin due to the design, but it has been resized at some point and lost its original hallmarks.
The ring has slender shoulders onto a plain rose gold shank. It is really low set to the hand, typical of the Edwardian era.
The ring is perfect for everyday wear and would make a fabulous engagement ring.
