Victorian Emerald and Diamond Cluster Ring c.1894
£3,500.00
An elegant and unusual Victorian emerald and diamond cluster ring.
This lovely ring has a central oval-cut emerald within a border of old-cut diamonds. The gemstones are mounted in a fine claw setting with the emerald sitting higher in the setting. The cluster sits between two further old cut diamonds, each set within a square border to the shoulder.
The ring is on a plain gold shank. It could be worn as an engagement ring as long as it isn't receiving 'heavy' wear, as emeralds are a softer gemstone and more prone to damage.
