A stylish late-Victorian ruby and diamond cluster ring.
This lovely ring has a central oval ruby within a border of 12 small old-cut diamonds in a finely claw-set coronet mount. The ring has unusual carved scrollwork shoulders onto a plain shank.
The ring sits very low to the finger, typical of the era and is beautifully made.
It would make a wonderful unique engagement ring.
Era: Victorian, 1839 - 1901
Measurements: Ruby estimated 0.60 carats (excellent colour)

The head of the ring measures 9mm x 8mm in diameter
