Victorian Ruby & Diamond Cluster Ring c.1900
A fabulous Victorian Ruby and Diamond Cluster ring.
This beautiful ring has a cushion cut ruby set within a cluster of 9 old cut diamonds. The ruby is a wonderful colour (tested Burma no heat) and is complemented by bright diamonds all finely claw set in a warm rose gold mount.
The stones are finely set in a coronet mount and the ring has split scrollwork shoulders onto a tapered wide band typical of the late Victorian era.
This beautiful ring has to be seen to be fully appreuated as the colour of the ruby is excellent. It would make a fabulous engagement ring as it is low set to the hand and perfect for everyday wear.
