The 'tablet' design ring has 2 large old cut diamonds set to the centre surrounded with a border of slightly smaller old cut diamonds. The diamonds are in a milgrain setting.
This beautiful ring is low set to the finger typical of the era with an open gallery to the reverse allowing the light to shine into the diamonds.
