A half hoop of sqare (carre) cut sapphires with a half hoop of square (carre) cut rubys are flanked with a hinged half hoop of diamonds to either side which flip to the ruby or sapphire side when required by the wearer. This beautiful ring has engraved sides and is in perfect condition. Ring 8.0mm in width
