A fabulous Art Deco diamond cluster ring with a beautiful cushion cut pale yellow diamond surrounded by 10 white old cut diamonds in a stylised daisy design. The ring has diamond set fluted shoulders onto a plain shank and is low set to the finger typical of the era.
The central yellow diamond is mounted in a yellow gold collet in a fine claw setting while the remainder of the ring is in platinum showing off the contrasting colours of the stones.
Era: Art Deco, c.1925 - 1940
Measurements: Central old-cut diamond 1.10 carats (known weight) pale yellow in colour
White old-cut diamonds estimated 1.60 carats (total weight) estimated E-G colour VS-SI clarity
Hallmarks: Unmarked tests 18ct yellow gold and platinum
