Edwardian Oval Sapphire Diamond Cluster Ring c.1905
A lovely early Edwardian sapphire and diamond cluster ring with an oval sapphire to the centre with a beautiful soft blue colour surrounded by small old cut diamonds.
The sapphire has a slight colour change pinkish to blue in different lights. The diamonds are mounted in silver with a pretty scalloped gallery letting the light into the stones.
The ring is beautifully low set to the finger and has scrolled shoulders each set with tiny diamonds onto a plain rose gold shank.
