A long double row of uniform cultured (Akoya) pearls with a stylish large mid century pearl and diamond swirl design clasp. The clasp has a cultured pearl surrounded by a swirled design set with small diamonds. The clasp has a tongue style catch which is hidden when closed and a figure of 8 safety device. The pearls have a slightly pinkish tinge and a great lustre. Era: Post 1940's, c.1940 - 1960 Measurements: Pearls 7mm diameter, Necklace 67 cm in length. Hallmarks: Clasp stamped 14K for White Gold
