Victorian Emerald and Diamond 5 Stone Ring circa.1900
£1,500.00
A classic late Victorian emerald and diamond 5 stone ring.
This lovely ring has a central emerald cut emerald set with an old cut diamond to each side and a further smaller emerald at each end. The gemstones are set in scalloped claws and the ring is open to the reverse. The ring has tapered shoulders which flow onto a plain shank.
This beautiful ring is really low set to the finger, typical of the era.
The emeralds are a fabulous colour and are assessed as Colombian in origin.
We would not recommend this design of ring for 'heavy' wear as the gemstones are 4 claw set, and emeralds are a softer gemstone. Please contact us if you have any questions.
