A stylish large Victorian 15ct gold oval locket.
The locket has a blue enamel stylised rose applied to the centre within a seed pearl set six pointed star design to the front. The locket has a beautiful matt finish.
The locket has a hidden hinge and opens revealing a glazed compartment to one side.
There is a large tapered bail to the top allowing the locket to worn on a ribbon or chain.
Era: Victorian, 1839 - 1901
Measurements: Locket 5.8cm long, 2.7cm wide,
Bail 1.3cm long.
13.9 grams in weight.
Hallmarks: Unmarked - tests as 15ct gold
