Edwardian Diamond 2 Stone cross over Ring - French c.1910
A classic design with two stones representing "toi et moi" you and me.
This beautiful Edwardian ring has two old cut diamonds (estimated 0.60 carats each) in fine coronet claw settings, set on an angle with diamond set curved shoulders in a twist design.
The head of the ring is set in platinum onto a yellow gold reeded shank. The ring is low set to the finger and finely made. The ring is French in origin, with a French control mark to the reverse of the shank (mark worn consistent with age).
Era: Edwardian, 1901 - 1920
Measurements: Each oldcut diamond estimated 0.60 carats, H/I colour, VS clarity. Total diamond weight 2.0 carats.
Head of ring 9.2mm in width.

Hallmarks: French marked for 18ct gold pre 1919, tests for platinum
