This elegant ring has a central old cut diamond in a square 'box' setting within a stylised 'fleur de lys' domed cluster design. The cluster has small diamonds set to each side and is bombé (domed) in style.
The head of the ring is faced in platinum onto a yellow gold openwork underbezel.
