Edwardian Sapphire & Diamond 5 Stone Ring c.1912
A beautiful Edwardian sapphire and diamond ring
The ring is set with 2 old cut diamonds and 3 perfectly matched sapphires. The sapphires are the most incredible vibrant blue in colour, we haven't tested them but they have the characteristics of being unheated Ceylon stones
The stones are all set in a carved half hoop design with scrollwork decoration. This was a design very popular in the late Victorian and Edwardian periods. The ring is beautifully low set to the finger and wearable on an everyday basis.
