A wonderful example of an early 19th century Georgian malachite cross pendant. 
 
The cross has 6 beautifully matched pieces of malachite each mounted with a closed back and a fine gold wirework surround typical of the era. 
 
The cross hangs from a gold runner ring, perfect for a chain or ribbon. 
 
It is in beautiful condition.
 
Era Georgian: 1714 - 1837
Measurements: Cross 4.7 cm in length (1 7/8"), 3.9 cm wide (1 1/2"),
The cross is 6.7 grams in weight
Hallmarks: Unmarked - tests as 15 carat gold
