Regency Aquamarine Drop Earrings c.1810
£3,350.00
A beautifully detailed pair of Georgian aquamarine earrings.
These stylish earrings each have a pear-shaped aquamarine in a closed back foiled setting within a scrolled setting with canetille work detailing and scallop shell motifs to the base.
The earrings are beautifully light in weight as was typical of the gold work of the Regency era. Each earring is suspended from a gold bead and hook fitting for pierced ears. They have lovely movement when worn.
The hook fittings have been changed at some stage, but this does not affect the beauty and wearability of the earrings.
