Victorian Turquoise and Pearl Earrings circa 1870
£2,950.00
An unusual pair of Victorian gold and turquoise earrings.
These wonderful earrings feature a pair of polished gold discs, each set with a central row of five cabochon turquoises, flanked on each side by a row of five split seed pearls in a stylised Etruscan design. They have hinged gold hook fittings for pierced ears.
We believe the earrings may have been converted from another piece of Victorian jewellery, possibly a gold bangle or a pair of lockets. They are very wearable and stylish.

Measurements: Clusters 2cm in diameter (7/8")
Earrings: 2.5 cm in length (1") from the top of hook
10 grams in weight (pair)
