A stylish vintage aquamarine ring from the late 1970's.
This fabulous ring has a large oval cut aquamarine mounted in a 4 double claw mount within wide fluted shoulders with diamond set terminals. The aquamarine is a wonderful, vibrant blue in colour which is beautifully set off by the rich yellow gold setting.
The shoulders taper onto a wide yellow gold shank to the reverse, typical of designs of the late 1970's and early 80's.
An easy to wear 'cocktail' ring, it is very comfortable when on the hand and makes a real statement when worn.
Era: Vintage - 1960's onwards
Measurements: Aquamarine estimated 25 carats.
The head of the ring is 1.9 cm (3/4") in length and 1.6 cm (5/8") in width
